The Criterium National Series is comprised of six distinguished criterium-style events in partnership with the American Criterium Cup and held across the United States. Elite racers have the opportunity to accumulate points throughout the season for the overall Criterium National Series Title and a chance for automatic qualification into criterium at the 2026 Pro Road National Championship and call-ups at the event.
The following six days comprise the ACC calendar and will offer points for the Criterium National Series overall - June 6, June 14, June 28, July 19, July 27, and August 31.
Whether you're chasing the series title, aiming for a spot at Pro Road Nationals, or just want to line up against some of the fastest crit racers in the country, this is your shot. With consistent, high-level racing, points on the line, and national visibility, the American Criterium Cup series is where riders come to compete and be part of something bigger than a single race.
The 2025 edition will offer riders the opportunity to qualify for the 2026 USA Cycling Professional Road National Championships. The top ten Elite Men and Elite Women in the overall standings will automatically qualify for the Criterium at Pro Road Nationals with the top five receiving call-ups.
The American Criterium Cup Junior Series, presented by Renaissance Financial, returns for its second season. It’s a chance to race the same courses as the pros and to be seen. From series medals to mentorship and camp invites, the Junior Series is built to help young riders grow and take the next step. Whether you're chasing the overall or just getting a taste of top-tier racing, this is where it starts. Like the Elite fields, juniors can earn points across the six-race ACC calendar and Nationals, ranked by the ACC scoring system. The Top three in each junior category will also receive medals at all series events.
New for this season is the addition of the USA Cycling Pro/17-18 Junior National Criterium Championship in Charleston as well as the USA Cycling 15-16 Junior National Criterium Championships in Southeast WI to the points competition. Winners of the series are eligible for a team camp at The Cycling House and off-season mentorship with a hand-picked group of professional cyclists. Stay tuned for more details.
